Paul's love for lavender began when he moved to Anacortes, WA in 2010 and he saw the gorgeous Pelindaba lavender farm on San Juan Island. It has been his dream ever since to own a lavender farm.

Paul's responsibility will be planning for the three phases of farm growth and being in charge of the construction and development of the Twin Flame Lavender Farm project in Allegan, MI.

There is no more perfect place than on his 8 acre parcel in the sandy soil of the Allegan forest to develop and watch this dream grow!

Paul is a retired United States Navy engineering Chief Petty Officer (21 years of service) where he spent the majority of his career as an engineering inspector and instructor. He has been a licensed Nevada Inspector of Structures for over 20 years. He is well known in our industry as one of the longest licensed, competent, and thorough inspectors in the Las Vegas home inspection industry

Renee Donohue

Owner, Aromatherapist, Product Development, Marketing, Store Manager

Renee became enamored with essential oils in 2016 when her daughter, Heather, introduced them to her.. She even made homemade soaps that year and gave them out for Christmas presents. Since then, she has realized other plant byproduct such as hydrosol is equally important!

She remained intrigued at all the therapeutic possibilities of natural plants and in 2018, she started classes to become a certified aromatherapist.

While Renee was looking around their newly purchased 8 acre parcel, the possibilities became limitless.

Renee was a licensed real estate salesperson in Nebraska from 1996-1998 and was a licensed real estate salesperson in Nevada from 2005-2011. In 2011, Renee obtained her broker license and was corporate broker for The Force Realty until she opened her own company in 2013. Renee was broker/owner of Savvy Home Realty Solutions from 2013-2018. She decided to help Paul concentrate on the growth Caveat Emptor LV and closed her real estate brokerage and downgraded her license to broker/salesperson in 2018. Renee still has an active real estate license in NV.

Bob, Junior & Walter

Support Staff

Bob & Junior have completely enjoyed their transition from city pups to country pups. We have added a farm cat named Walter.

Sal, Bob & Junior are Italian Greyhounds. They have transitioned very well from the city life in Las Vegas to country living in Allegan Michigan. Sal is 17 years old with no teeth and has cushings disease. Bob is 10 years old with idiopathic epilepsy. We have to be very careful with neurotoxic scents around Bob. Junior is 1 year old. They are all very friendly dogs that are well socialized around humans and other dogs.
