This English lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) plant offering is for six different varieties of “grower’s choice” rooted starter lavender plugs. You will be pleasantly surprised with our different specialty varieties of lavender:  we have purples, blues, pinks and white!

High Quality English Lavender Plants

While these plants may be small:  they are mighty and high quality English lavender hydroponically grown seed starts!  Healthy roots, 1/2″-2″ green growth above growing medium.  The green growth is already fragrant with the calming lavender scent, just give it a little pinch to inhale the beauty of the signature lavender scent.  All plants you receive will be English Lavender.  English Lavender is preferred for culinary purposes and high therapeutic grade to process and make your own lavender products.  These are baby plants and will take 2-3 years to reach maturity.

Lavender Growing & Care Instructions Included in Your Plant Order

Do you have a difficult time growing lavender?  Once established in its ideal growing conditions, lavender is a low maintenance plant that thrives on neglect.  You will receive planting and care instructions with your order because our success depends on your success.  We teach you how you can “mimic” the Mediterranean conditions where lavender plants originated centuries ago!

These rooted starter plugs will require immediate transplant upon arrival in a 3-4 inch container until roots are established (2-4 weeks) prior to planting outside. You may overwinter them inside if you purchase between October and March.  Care and planting instructions will be supplied.

Farm Pickup or USPS Delivery for Your Lavender Plant Purchase

If you leave nearby you may choose farm pickup.  We will contact you to arrange a pickup time and give you additional pickup options at markets if you choose farm pickup.

We also send our lavender plants via USPS Priority Mail.  It is essential that you pay attention to tracking because your lavender plants will need immediate care upon arrival.  We cannot mail lavender plants to the following states due to plant shipping restrictions:  CA, HI, AK

Grower’s Choice & Lavender Variety Availability

This offering is “grower’s choice” where we select the 6 most viable plants for you.  If you are interested in certain varieties, you may contact us using the contact form for availability.  We are small scale licensed nursery lavender growers so we do not carry large amounts of lavender plant inventory at any given time or work on a wholesale basis.  Accommodations for specific variety requests will be difficult to fulfill during our regular planting season (April through September.)  These plants can be purchased year round and overwintered indoors.
