This cuticle care pen is easy to apply. Simply twist the bottom of the pen until you see one drop of oil and brush on your cuticles. It does take a little time to “prime” the pen the first time you use it. Let oil set on cuticles for 5 minutes then wipe off excess oil.

How to Use
