Outdoor Meditation & Breathwork, Reiki and Sound Immersion.
No experience needed!
Embrace a soulful journey as we breathe together, connecting with Mother Earth. Experience the power of the breath. We’ll practice conscious connected breath and to deepen our experience we will start with a short Cacao ceremony which I provide. YOU should mark yourself GOING (24 hours prior) to partake in Cacao-as I have to ceremonially prepare enough for all participants. Ceremonial Cacao will enhance your Breathwork Experience!

Please bring a yoga mat/towel/blanket to sit on and a small pillow and water! I do have a few extra mats. Prepare for varying weather conditions to ensure your comfort throughout the event.

Our farm curated lavender provisions will be available for sale before or after class!

We are located on a “flag lot” so you will not see lavender from the road. You do need to find us by looking for our address numbers on our mailbox.
