Lavender Simple Syrup
- In a heavy duty blender, add fruits and pulse until fruits are crushed.
- Add lemon juice and lavender extract and continue pulsing until mixed well.
- Add 1/2 cup of simple syrup and blend. Slowly pour in the rest of the simple syrup while blending.
- Once mixture is completely blended, pour into freezer safe container. Freeze for about an hour prior to serving. Use within 3 months.
- Garnish with lavender buds or a lavender sprig when serving.
You may use any berries you would like. Blue (blueberries) plus Red (strawberries) equals Purple when mixed which is why we love the blueberry/strawberry combo.
Option to use an ice cream maker, per manufacturer instructions, after blended, to serve immediately!
