Lavender Simple Syrup

Here is the recipe for Lavender Simple Syrup.

Lavender Berry Sorbet – Easy



  1. In a heavy duty blender, add fruits and pulse until fruits are crushed.
  2. Add lemon juice and lavender extract and continue pulsing until mixed well.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of simple syrup and blend. Slowly pour in the rest of the simple syrup while blending.
  4. Once mixture is completely blended, pour into freezer safe container. Freeze for about an hour prior to serving. Use within 3 months.
  5. Garnish with lavender buds or a lavender sprig when serving.


You may use any berries you would like.  Blue (blueberries) plus Red (strawberries) equals Purple when mixed which is why we love the blueberry/strawberry combo.

Option to use an ice cream maker, per manufacturer instructions, after blended, to serve immediately!
