Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Using a potato peeler, peel rind off lemon. Cut into wedges. Squeeze Lemon. Dip tip of the rim of the martini glass in lemon to moisten, then dip in sugar for an optional sugar rim.
  2. Add ice cubes, vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup to the cocktail shaker. Shake and pour into martini glass.
  3. Garnish with twisted lemon rind and dried lavender sprig.
