Lavender Lemon Poppyseed Loaf Cakes

This recipe is a farm favorite!  We personally love to eat it frozen with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.  So refreshing on a hot summer day!



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a stand mixer, combine all ingredients and mix on low for 2 minutes.
  3. Grease 2 medium loaf pans and fill batter 1/2 way to the top.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Eat plain or top with powered sugar or your favorite glaze.
