Lavender Lemon Poppyseed Loaf Cakes
This recipe is a farm favorite! We personally love to eat it frozen with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream. So refreshing on a hot summer day!
Ingredients
- 1 Box Lemon Cake Mix
- 1 Box Lemon Pudding
- 1 Cup Cold Water
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Culinary Lavender Buds
- 1 Tablespoon Poppyseeds
- 1/2 teaspoon Lemon Extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a stand mixer, combine all ingredients and mix on low for 2 minutes.
- Grease 2 medium loaf pans and fill batter 1/2 way to the top.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Eat plain or top with powered sugar or your favorite glaze.
