TFLF Bake Shoppe – For Pickup Only!

Pickup Dates and Times Available:

• New Years Week:  If you need anything PM through our Facebook Page before 12/31!
• January 1-20:  We will be taking a Bake Shoppe break!  Visit us every Saturday at the Holland Indoor Farmers Market 9-1.  No Cottage Food allowed at that market but we will have our other lavender farm produced items!

We will update our schedule as the weather forecast comes out.  Our driveway and parking area can become a mess quickly if we get a large amount of snow!  We also have unexpected power outages living deep in the forest so please have patience with us in the event this happens.

The Details:

We will call you to firm up your details before pickup.  You need to pull up to the house and we will bring your order out to your car!  This will help if you are unprepared on especially “slushy” days!  We may need to adjust pickup times/locations in the event we get a surprise snow.

Our pickup address is 3849 Monroe Rd, near lake Allegan.  We are located on a flag lot and you need to pay attention to address numbers on mailboxes to find our drive.  We have a MAEAPS sign that glows very bright in the dark.  Drive all the way up to the house, do not drive towards the farmstand and, as mentioned, we will bring your order to your car.

Ordering:

We do need a two day lead time for pickup so we can prep.  Everything is baked day of pickup.

You can order our other items for pickup on our website to be added to your food order!  Just like with food, we do need a two day lead time in case we need to whip up a new batch!  Our lavender products are small batch.

Choose local pickup to avoid being charged mailing fees!  Unfortunately, we cannot mail per Michigan Cottage Law.

We do have to limit quantities per day.  For example, I have only a certain amount of Bannetons and refrigerator space to cold proof the sourdough bread.  Make sure you pay attention to pick up (P/U) dates and times when ordering.

All orders must come through this online order form to keep things organized!  We cannot accept orders by phone, text or messenger.  For your convenience, we offer many forms of payment online including:  Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Paypal and Venmo.  No Cash orders at this time!

The Menu:

Sourdough Boule:  We will call to find out if you would like original or lavender.  Round Shape. 670g / 1lb 4oz.

Sourdough Batard ($10):  Original only.  Oval Shape. 670g / 1 lb 4 oz.

Cookie Bag ($10):  5 Lavender Lemon Coolers, 5 Lavender Lemon Shortbread, 5 Chocolate Chip Cookies, 5 Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookies.

Lavender Lemon Lovers Boxes ($20):  1 Mini Lavender Lemon Sourdough Loaf (225g / 7 oz,) 3 Lavender Lemon Coolers, 3 Lavender Lemon Shortbread, 2 Lavender Lemon Scones.

Lavender Lemon Sourdough Scone Box ($20):  8 Lavender Lemon Scones (a full batch 14oz!)

Lavender Lemon Cake:  Mini Cakes (Single Serving) ($5) or Big (8″x8″) Cakes ($22)

Lavender Sourdough** Boule or Batard: Italian Flour, Lavender Tea*, Starter***, Ube, Lavender Buds*, Grated Whole Organic Lemon, Celtic Salt, Butterfly Pea Flower

Lavender Lemon Sourdough** Scones:  All Purpose Flour, Starter***, Cream, Butter, Sugar, Eggs***, Grated Whole Organic Lemon, Baking Powder, Lavender Buds*, Lavender Extract*, Almond Extract, Vanilla Extract, Sea Salt.  Glaze:  Powdered Sugar, Butter.

**Sourdough Items are Cold Proofed Minimum 24 hours.  This process helps break down gluten and enhances flavor naturally.

**Sourdough Starter is 100% Hydration Maintained with Italian Flour, Rye and Organic Wheat

***Eggs Sourced from Bearded Man Farm & Apiary, local to Allegan.  Reach out to them if you need eggs or honey!  We are out of bottled honey (we do have some stores for our baking and soap making to last until next harvest.)  Next harvest expected late June, early July 2026!
