As you step onto our rustic farm grounds, you’ll be greeted by the gentle hum of busy bees, their wings dancing and foraging among the wildflower blooms native to the Allegan Forest. Join our knowledgeable beekeeper, Jonathan, as he guides you through the intricate process of honey extraction, revealing the fascinating ways in which these remarkable insects transform nectar into liquid gold.
Sample and savor the flavors of our homemade lavender and honey infused delicacies, from delicate lavender lemon cupcakes with a whipped honey frosting, herbes de provence brie with a honey lavender glaze to a refreshing lavender-honey sparkling water. Before you depart, you’ll have the chance to take home a jar of our first harvest of farm-fresh honey, a DIY lavender simple syrup kit to create your own lavender-infused treats, and a packet of dried herbes de provence grown right here on our farm plus lots of recipe ideas. Each one hour intimate honey harvest session on July 20, 2024 is limited to 4 guests (and their “plus one,”) walk ins are welcome pending space availability. It is recommended to purchase your tickets ahead of time to guarantee your spot. A new session will start at noon, 1 PM, 2 PM, 3 PM and 4 PM.

Your honey harvest session will last one hour, please “bee” 5-10 minutes early for your session.
Lavender Expert
Renee started out as an avid real estate blogger in 2006. Opting for a less stressful life, Paul and Renee moved to Michigan in 2018 and started a lavender farm in 2019.
There are very few resources available to aspiring lavender farmers for growing lavender, lavender aromatherapy and lavender culinary infusion.
